El sorteo lo voy a realizar por Random porque creo que es lo más justo para todos (tanto nacionales como internacionales). Doy de tiempo hasta el día 7 de febrero de 2012 a las 12 de la noche hora inglesa y el día siguiente escribiré una entrada con la elección y el nombre del ganador. Si este o esta no se pone en contacto conmigo en los siguientes 3 días lo volveré a realizar, ya que creo que es justo que se lo lleve alguien que de verdad sigue el blog porque le gusta.


The winner is going to be chosen by Random.org because I think it is the best way for both International and Spanish followers. The deadline will be the 7th of February 2012 at 0.00 h GTM (London Time) and the next day I will post a entry with the election and the winner.  Y por último, como he hecho el sorteo pensando tanto en las seguidoras españolas como internacionales, he querido comprar cosas que no se pueden conseguir en España y que no se pueden conseguir en algunos países extranjeros como es el caso de KIKO (aunque hoy en día con Internet se puede conseguir todo :S). Se trata del tan querido Mixing Solution que ya habéis visto en algunas de mis entradas, un pigmento, en concreto el número 13, y una barra de labios número 87.


Lastly, I've done this giveaway thinking about both my spanish and my international followers so I wanted to include things that are difficult to get in Spain and things that are difficult to get outside Spain, like for example the brand KIKO that although it is an Italian brand, it is not sold everywhere in the world. I got the all time loved Mixing Solution that you may have seen in some of my entries, the loose pigment number 13 and the lipstick number 87.

Lost in the woods and Glittery Orange : Circus Collection

Hola de nuevo!!! Últimamente ando un poco liadilla así que lo siento por la ausencia de posts. Hace ya dos meses recibí la Circus Collection de Glamour Doll Eyes y no había tenido tiempo hasta ahora para sentarme y ponerme con ella a 'trabajar' así que el otro día me puse e hice dos looks que os presento a continuación. En los dos usé la misma técnica: el color marrón de la colección en la banana difuminado hacia arriba. El primer look es este.......


Hi there! Recently I've been a little bit busy so sorry for the lack of posts. Two months ago I received my Circus Collection from Glamour Doll Eyes and I hadn't had the time to play with it yet until now. So the other day I put my hands on it and did two looks. I used the same technique for both: the brown colour of the collection on the crease and blended upwards. The first look is this one....

La sombra verde de la colección es preciosa y en los labios puse un labial marrón oscuro y encima un gloss rojizo. Me gusta hacer esta combinación ultimamente.


The green eyeshadow from the collection is amazing and on the lips I'm wearing a brown lipstick and a redish gloss on top. This is my ultimate fave combo for lips!


El segundo look es en colores naranjas-amarillos y con purpurina....

Yellowstone Look

Hola a todos!!! Como ya dije hoy os traigo un look artistico que me tiré un buen rato haciendo pero bueno, me lo pasé bien. Está un poco inspirado en los colores de el Grand Prismatic Spring en el Parque Nacional de Yellowstone (me gusta sacar inspiración de los paisajes :)).... 


Hey guys! Like I said today I bring you this artistic look for you! It took me a while to do it but I don't care because I enjoyed it. The look is a little bit inspired by the colours of the Grand Prismatic Spring in Yellowstone (I like taking inspiration from landscapes :))...

Como ya habréis visto he añadido unas cuantas páginas nuevas al blog para hacer más fácil la búsqueda de looks. También he añadido el relato corto que escribí antes de irme de Erasmus al Reino Unido y que me sirvió mucho para poder irme y pagarmelo todo allí, casa, facturas, comida... con el premio que recibí que fue un buen pellizco. Así que si lo queréis leer pues ahí esta :). Por último he añadido  una página con mi info de contacto y una sección que he llamado 'friend bloggers' para quien el blog que quiera anunciarse ahí. Espero que estos cambios os gusten y hagan el blog más atractivo para vosotros.


As you may have noticed I added a few new pages to my blog to make it easier to find the looks just in case you want a quick look at them. I also added my short story that I wrote before I went on Erasmus to the UK. The prize I got was vital for my life there since I could stay there and pay the house, bills and food while with the money I got. I'm sorry guys because it is in Spanish but I will try to translate it just in case you want to read it. Then I added a contact page with my contact info and a 'friend bloggers' section for the ones who want to appear there. I hope with this little changes can make the whole blog more attractive for you so I really hope you like it.

Dark Brown Look and Update

Hola a tod@s!!! Hoy, como ya dije en la entrada anterior, quería poner algún look más normalito y aunque muchas me diréis que este no es normal y que es muy cargado para el día pues yo me lo pongo y salgo a la calle con él. De hecho fue el que llevaba ayer y aquí lo tenéis.....

Like I said in my last entry, I wanted to do a more wearable look and although a lot of you will say this is not wearable and it is very dramatic for the daytime I can say I wear it like this and go out during the day like this. El look es muy simple y fácil pero es llamativo y bonito y está hecho con la paleta Au Naturel de Sleek, aunque más abajo tenéis la lista de productos como siempre.


The look is easy and simple yet pretty and  eye-catching and its manly done with the Sleek Au Naturel Palette but down below you have a full list.

En los próximos días intentaré sacar tiempo para hacer un look más artístico pero no os prometo nada porque estos looks llevan su tiempo y necesito disponer de algunas horas y por supuesto ganas. Ultimamente he estado buscando trabajo como una loca y es muy desalentador cuando lo intentas durante mucho tiempo y con todas tus ganas y no consigues nada :( pero bueno, dejando las cosas tristes a un lado, espero que os haya gustado y hayáis disfrutado el look.


I would try to get time to do a more 'artistic' look in the next few days though I can't promise anything. Artistic looks take their time and I really need a few free hours so I hope I can! I'm very busy recently jobhunting and it is also very discouraging when you try your best and can't find one :(. But anyway, sad things away and hope you liked and enjoyed this look.


También os quería comentar que el sorteo lo haré para la última semana de enero que os sacaré los productos aquí y para los datos que podáis entrar en el sorteo pero todavía estoy pensando como hacerlo porque he estado leyendo en algunos sitios que la gente ya no se fía de los sorteos hechos con random.org. Parece ser que algunas blogger han hecho trampas así que todavía estoy pensando como elegir un ganador  con otro método aunque no se me ocurre ninguno que valga para tod@s, españoles e internacionales. Si tenéis alguna sugerencia la apreciaría un montón.


I also wanted to let you know that I will do the giveaway for the last week of January but I'm still thinking how to do it because I've been reading recently that people don't trust too much when the winner is chosen by random.org. Apparently there have been some cheater bloggers so I'm still thinking how to choose a winner with other method but I can't think of any valid one for all of you. Your suggestions will be very much appreciated. On the other hand, I wouldn't even think of cheating on something like this but anyway.

Hola de nuevo!!!! Hoy os traigo un look inspirado en el gran agujero azul de Belice. La razón es que el otro día compré un libro en el que aparecía una foto de esta maravilla y me quedé impresionada así que pensé en hacer el look. Aquí os dejo una foto del lugar....


Hello again!!! Today I did an inspired look. I chose the Great Blue Hole in Belize because I bought a book not long ago and this place appeared in the book. I thought it was sooo wonderful and beautiful so I got inspiration from it to do a look. Here you have a photo....

Trying Sugarpill Burning Heart!!

Buenas a todos y todas!!!! ya estoy de vuelta! 80 seguidores ya, estoy que no me lo creo y muchísmas gracias a todas y en especial a las que habéis ayudado a que ya seamos 80! Bueno, que como dije en mi última entrada todavía tenía productos sin estrenar de regalo de navidades y hoy le tocaba a la paleta Burning Heart de Sugarpill. No sabéis cuanto quería esta paleta pero como vale 'carilla' pues nunca me lanzaba a comprarla y al final me la han regalado! Así que muchas gracias mamá! 


Como era de esperar, al querer probar todos los colores de la paleta juntos en un mismo look es inevitable que te salga un look 'sunset' o puesta de sol. Es muy típico pero bueno, es que me moría de ganas por probarlos todos juntos a ver que tal se trabaja con las sombras. Espero que os guste el look....


Hi everyone! I'm back! 80 members so far, I can't believe it so thank you very much to everyone and in particular those who have helped me to reach this number! Anyway, I told you in my last entry that I still had products that I got for Christmas and I wanted to try so today it was time for Burning heart palette from Sugarpill. I wanted this palette so badly but because it was a little bit expensive I never dared ordering it and now I got it as a present so thank you mum!!!

As it was expected, if I wanted to use all the eyeshadows together in one look I was going to get a 'sunset' look. It is very typical but anyway, I really wanted to try the whole palette to see how it was working with these eyeshadows. I really hope you like this look...

Otra cosa que os quería comentar es el labial que e utilizado. Se trata de un labial de Barry M, concretamente el 124 que como veis en la foto es de color verde, pero cuando lo aplicamos se queda un tono rosita, bastante natural aunque en la foto sale muy intenso (es que mi color natural de labios es bastante rojo) y además es muy muy duradero. Podéis comer y beber que no se va, se queda como un lip stain pero mucho más cremoso.


I also wanted to talk to you about the lipstick I used. Its the Barry M number 124, as you can see in the photos it is green but when we apply it on the lips it turns into a pinkish colour, very natural and it lasts very long. You can even eat and drink and it won't come off, its like a lipstain but much more hydrating.
